Julio Perez

Junction Julio Y. Perez, 52, of Junction, passed from this life at a local hospital on Sunday, October 23, 2011.

Born in Hereford, TX on July 4, 1959, he was the son of Pasqual and Juanita Ybarra Perez. He had lived many years in Junction.

Julio was a hard worker, working for Cedar Fiber for 10 years.

A great man that had enough love for everyone, and loved to play practical jokes on everyone, although some say he was not good at it.

He never met a stranger and would give his shirt off his back to anyone in need.

Julio enjoyed golf, baseball and especially spending time with his family and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Fernando Perez.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his children, Jennifer Fenton and her husband, Justin, of Junction, Dana Flathers and her husband, Shawn, of South Padre Island, Cassandra Wilburn and her husband, David, of Junction, Jason Perez and his wife, Devin, of Amarillo, TX, Jeremie Perez of Austin, Jaime Condarco and Chance Condarco both of Junction 9 grandchildren his brothers and sisters, Jimmy Perez of San Antonio, George and Eva Perez of Junction, Blanca and Alfred Calderon of Junction, Philip and Thelma Corona of Austin and Roy and Melba Silva of Junction and many nieces, nephews and friends.

ation will be held at Kimble Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 from 58PM.

A celebration of his life will be held at the First Baptist Church of Junction on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 10AM with committal services to follow at Junction City Cemetery.

The family suggests that donations be made to Christmas in Junction.
