Joy Riley

Joy Fay Riley, born September 24, 1932 in Dawson County, Texas, went peacefully to enter into God's care on December 28, 2017.

She married Billy Don Riley in January 1951.

She was a devoted mother, wife, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.

Growing up on her parent's farm, Joy became an excellent cook and lovingly passed her skills to her five children.

Joy was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Eppie Turnbow, her husband and her two brothers, Donald and Kenneth Turnbow.

Those left to honor her memories are Elizabeth Davis (Wiley), Billie Carlile (Rodger), Samuel Riley (Kathy), Terry Riley (Wanda), Jerry Riley (Janet), twelve grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private family memorial will be held in her honor and memory at a later date in Liberty Hill, Texas.

Joy's family would like to extend special thanks and appreciation to Hill Country Care Center, Peterson Hospice and Preferred Home Health Care for their loving and excellent care.
