Joshua Butler

Joshua James Butler, 36, of Angleton, Texas passed from this life on April 6, 2014. Joshua was born June 19, 1977 in Junction to Floyd and Ann Olson Butler.

Josh attended school in Junction kindergarten through 12th grade and was a member of the College Street Church of Christ. He then went to college at Southwest Texas State University where he was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity. He worked in the insurance industry for several years, and then had a chance to become an audiologist. He had found the perfect career and loved his work. He loved his patients and felt like he was helping people which was important to him as a people person. He received many awards for his outstanding performance as an audiologist. Josh loved his family and friends, and made new friends wherever he went. Josh felt that once a friend always a friend. When he met Joan he fell head over heels in love, they were married October 26, 2012 in Houston, and shared many happy times together.

Josh is preceded in death by his grandparents, Halsey and Elizabeth Butler and Jimmy and Virginia Olson.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his wife, Joan Butler parents, Floyd and Ann Butler brothers, Brad Sutton and wife Jessica, Erik Butler and wife Kasey nephews, Trey Sutton, Tristan Sutton, David Dorsey niece, Jasmine Dorsey and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, April 11, 2014 at the College Street Church of Christ in Junction. ation will be held 68:00 PM, Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Kimble Funeral Home.
