Garrett Schwiening

Eldorado, TX Garrett William Schwiening, 81, of Roosevelt, Texas, passed away on May 31, 2011 at a local health care facility.
Gary was born on December 11, 1929 in San Antonio, Texas. He worked for El Paso Natural Gas for 36 years and lived in West Texas until moving back to the family ranch in Roosevelt, Texas in 1985.
Gary was preceded in death by his wife, Marcia Yvonne Schwiening and his parents, William Fritz Julia Bauman Schwiening
Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his 5 children, Grant Schwiening of Albuquerque, NM, Rick Schwiening and his wife, Vickie, of Eldorado, Greta Ramsdell and her husband, Paul, of Roosevelt, Bryan Schwiening and his wife, Mary Kay, of Dripping Springs, Tibba Edmondson and her husband, James, of Sonora and sister, Susie Schneider and her husband, Allen, of Fredericksburg grandchildren, Codi Schwiening, Hallie Martin, Reese Schwiening, Darby Ramsdell, Delaney Ramsdell, Adrienne Seelbach, Mayci Herrera, Lindsey Schwiening, Nicholas Reinert, Taya Schwiening, Allyse Edmondson and Tyler Edmondson great grandchildren include Jack Martin, Ava Schwiening, Jazlyn Garcia and Evelyn Herrera.
Graveside services will be held 2PM, Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Roosevelt, Texas with Father Knick Knickerbocker officiating. He was a member of St. Theresas Catholic Church in Junction, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Grant Schwiening, Rick Schwiening, Bryan Schwiening, James Edmondson, Paul Ramsdell, Tyler Edmondson, Reese Schwiening and Nick Reinert.
