Frank Stephen Randolph, 86, of Junction passed from this life on July 24, 2026 in a Memory Care facility in Albuquerque, NM. He was born June 22, 1940 in Junction to Jesse Ramsey & Nellie Freelin Bennett Randolph. He was a 1958 graduate of Junction High School, attended San Angelo Junior College for two years and transferred to Texas A&M University where he was a graduate of the Class of 1962. He was a Vocational Agricultural Teacher in Rugby, ND and Iraan, TX before returning to the family ranch in 1969. He was a rancher, entrepreneur and business man owning Randolph’s Department Store and the Tastee-Freez restaurant.

Frank loved Texas high school football, Texas Aggie football, photography and visiting national parks. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed hunting white tail deer with his children on the ranch, and mule deer and elk with his son. He loved skiing and snowmobiling for almost two decades with his children in Colorado.

He was a man of his word, honest, ethical with a tremendous moral compass. He had a deep and strong love of God and country. He was a simple man. He wasn’t into pretense or status. He wasn’t prideful or boastful, envious or jealous. He was truly a happy, humble, kind and gentle soul.

He was preceded in death by his son Mark Stephen Randolph and his parents.

Frank is survived by his daughter Jeannie Randolph of Albuquerque, NM, grandson Ramsey Allen Randolph of Houston, and daughter-in-law Connie Randolph of Austin.

Funeral services will be held 1:30 PM, Saturday, August 1, 2026 at the First Presbyterian Church of Junction; interment will follow at Copperas Cemetery.  Open Visitation will be from 10AM-6PM, Friday, July 31, 2026.
