Fidela R. Molina

Fidela Molina, “Mami Fide” of Junction, Texas, devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, went home to be with the Lord on October 16, 2023, at the age of eighty-eight.

Fidela was born to Victor Ramirez and Norberta Ureña Ramirez on October 28, 1934 in Verdia, Jalisco, Mexico.  She was the youngest of eight children.  She grew up in Villa Union, Coahuila where she met the love her life and husband of 53 years, Bonifacio Molina.  The family moved to Junction in 1979 where she remained until her last breath.

Fidela was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, her husband, beloved son-in-law, Kevin Rockholt, and beautiful granddaughter, Indra Molina. 

She is survived by sons, Erasmo Molina and family, Gerardo Molina and family, Geronimo Molina and family; daughters, Inocencia Gutierrez and family, Amada Ramirez and family, Anastacia Guerra and family, Aquilina Riojas and family, Irene Rockholt and family; numerous nieces and nephews; and so many special friends.

Sentiments of the eight children she raised:

Our Mami Fide was known for her beautiful smile and loving hands.  Everything she did, she did so with a grateful and happy heart.  From making delicious meals, knitting beautiful creations, planting flowers, or giving us hugs; she did it all with love! Her legacy is found in the eight children and countless grandchildren that she molded into good and kind human beings.  It was an honor she genuinely loved! Each and every one of us has our own precious memories with her that will live on in our hearts and in our stories as we remember her with love.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the Kimble Funeral Home Chapel with Father Mark Woodruff as Celebrant.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be 6:00 PM, Friday at Kimble Funeral Home.
