Earl Dean Williamson, 77, of Junction, Texas entered into rest on November 7, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born August 31, 1937 in Kimble County to Rudolph Williamson and Edith Davis Maddux.

Earl Dean was a funloving man who never met a stranger. He was loved by many and had many friends. He loved to make people laugh and tell jokes. Earl Dean also had a great love of music and was self taught on the steel guitar, fiddle, bass, drums, and any other instrument he picked up. He even made his first steel guitar by hand. He loved to share his musical talent with others, and spent much of his life as a trade musician. In his final days his friends would visit and play music, he thoroughly enjoyed this time spent and the gift they shared. His friends and family will hold his memory forever in their hearts.

Earl Dean is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Billie Williamson three sons, Carl Williamson and wife Misty of Junction, James Robert Williamson and wife Rafaela of Ft. Worth, and Jeff Williamson of Ingram two granddaughters, Shelby Williamson and Amy Williamson three grandsons, Cole Williamson, Sergio Williamson, and Bobby Adams ten greatgrandchildren sister, Martha Walker and husband Jack of Graham and special brotherinlaw, Johnny Smith and wife Nancy.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 9, 2014 at the Kimble Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Hofmann officiating. Interment will follow in the Gentry Creek Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Sammy Gueyswite, Lupe Huro, Johnny Smith, Bennie Fred Kothman, John Way, and Mychael Cuevas.
