Junction Donna Dae Adams rose up to see her Lord and Savior December 16, 2010.

Born April 27th, 1941 in Clinton North Carolina.

It was in North Carolina that Donna Dae Butler met the love of her life, a swashbuckling young Texan named Preston Adams.

Displaying the courage and strength that would personify Donnas character, she graduated from high school and hopped the first train bound for Texas to get married.

Preston and Donna married July 19th 1959 and celebrated quot50 Yearsquot with family and friends at their Masonic Park, Colorado cabin.

Donnas sixtynine years of life leaves a legacy of love and courage. She joined her husband in the ranching business for many years followed by serving as an administrator for Adams Brothers Pumping Service and Bierschwale Appraisals.

Donna loved living in Junction and enjoyed her and Prestons summers at the Colorado cabin. Her greatest joy came from the strength of her marriage and the fulfillment experienced raising her three children and encouraging her eight grand children.

She is survived by her husband, Preston daughter, Kim and soninlaw Lance, grandsons, Zach, Josh, Jacob and granddaughter, Jillian her son, Allen, granddaughters Ariel, Ashley, Holly and Chloe son, Scott sisters, Thelma Autrey, Ardith Cannon and Trudy Mooring brother John Butler and a host of many loving friends and neighbors.

ation will be at Kimble Funeral Home on Friday evening from 5 7 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2010 at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Junction, TX with Pastor Ken Bolton, officiating. Interment will follow at Junction City Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
