Charles Hickenbottom

Charles Allen Hickenbottom, 63, of Junction, TX passed from this life on July 10, 2013 at his residence.

Allen was born on January 14, 1950 in Uhrichsville, OH to Leota Clark and Roy Hickenbottom. He grew up in Ragersville, OH Gnaden Huetten, OH New Philadelphia, OH and finally moved to Texas in 1978 where he resided until his death. He grew up living and working on farms as a child. In his teen years, Allen worked in filling stations, and as an adult he worked in the oil fields and later became a truck driver. He married Marjorie Maureen Burch on April 7, 1992 at the North Side Church of Christ in Junction, TX.

Allen is preceded in death by a brother, Dean Hickenbottom and his parents.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his wife Maureen Hickenbottom two sons, Chad and Richard Hickenbottom his stepson, Justin Burch four brothers, John, Mike, Gene, and Roy Hickenbottom sister, Ann Joiner seven grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 13, 2013 at the Junction City Cemetery. ation will be held 68:00 PM, Friday, July 12, 2013 at Kimble Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made in Allens name to Odyssey Hospice.
