Brice VanBrunt

San Antonio, TX Mr. Brice Cleo VanBrunt, 88, of San Antonio and formerly of Junction, passed from this life at a local San Antonio hospital on January 19, 2012.

Born in Checotah, OK on May 30, 1923, he was the son of Loy and Mary Etta Johnson VanBrunt.

Mr. VanBrunt was a long haul truck driver for 30 years, traveling from the east coast to the west coast.

He had a passion for music, especially gospel music which he loved to play and sing.

A true gentleman, he was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. As well as serving his Country in the Us Army he was a Proud Veteran

Mr. VanBrunt is predeceased by his parents and a daughter, Brenda.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Nora Rudene Hickey VanBrunt of San Antonio his children, Gary VanBrunt, Earl VanBrunt, Troy VanBrunt and Tommy VanBrunt 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

ation will be held at Kimble Funeral Home on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 13PM.

A celebration of his life will follow at 3PM at Kimble Funeral Home with Pastor Donna Carroll officiating. A committal service will follow at Junction City Cemetery.
