Bonnie Mozelle Rogers Low, 88, of Junction, Texas passed from this life on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Hill Country Care Center in Junction.

Mozelle was born July 28, 1928 in London, Texas to Al Rogers and Emma Doran Rogers. She grew up in Kimble and Menard Counties. She married Ray Willie Low on February 14, 1950. In earlier years she worked at the London Post Office. After marriage, she became a devoted wife and mother. She volunteered many hours as a Sunday school teacher at the First United Methodist Church in Junction, a little league coach, cub scout den leader, girl scout leader, and band booster member. After raising her kids, she returned to work as a clerk for the City of Junction working closely with Frederica Wyatt. She loved her family, traveling, crafting, reading and genealogy.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Albert Allan Low, and sister, Allene Hughes.

Those left to honor her memory include her daughter, Carlene Bowers and husband Fred; four grandchildren, Kyle and wife Keri, Katie and Kevin Bowers, and Alanna Bode; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, January 27, 2017 at the Kimble Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Camille Bryant officiating. Interment will follow in the Junction City Cemetery.
A reception will follow services at the First United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held 5-6:00 PM, Thursday at Kimble Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Bowers, Kevin Bowers, Larry Trimble, Jimmy Trimble, Fonda Lumpkins, and Dale Williams.

Memorials may be made to the Nurses For Kimble County or Kimble Hospital Foundation.
