Obituary
JUNCTION – Billy Wayne Carroll, 75, of Junction passed from this life on March 23, 2026 at a care facility in Kerrville.
Billy was born August 2, 1950 in Kimble County to LV Carroll, Sr. and Eula Mae Daughtry Carroll. He was an avid fisherman, who enjoyed the peace and the thrill of being out on the water with his fishing pole.
He is survived by his brother LV Carroll, Jr. and his wife Donna, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at the Full Gospel Church at a later date.
