Bilida Barbara Weaver

Bilida Barbara Weaver, 72 of Junction, passed away Monday August 25, 2025 at Shannon Memorial Hospital. 

Mrs. Weaver, the daughter of William K. Barnes and Idabell Sykes Barnes, was born August 15, 1953, in Kerrville, Texas.  Mrs. Weaver graduated from Yoakam High School and attended Baldwin Business School in Yoakam Tx. She later met and married Oscar Lee Weaver on Nov. 30,1971 where they built 53 years of family and memories.

She worked at Brenham Hospital in Brenham Texas in the ER admission office before retiring in 2017 and then later moved to Junction in 2021.

Her father, William K. Barnes and her mother, Idabell Sykes Barnes, and half -brother, August Ilee Simon, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Oscar Lee Weaver; her son, Ron Wayne Weaver and wife Renee Weaver of Midlothian; grandchildren: Lindsey Weaver of Sherman TX., Lacy Weaver of Haslet TX., Payton Weaver of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Brandon Porter and wife Britany Porter of Waxahachie TX; great-granddaughters, Kylie Porter, Winry Porter, and Karlee Porter; her sister, Elizabeth Caroline Barnes Miller and husband Kenneth Wayne Miller of Yoakam, TX; sister-in-law Martha Elizabeth Simon; along with many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
